Returns and Exchanges

We truly believe that you will love your purchase. However, Gwyneth Shoes will authorize exchanges of products that are unworn, unused, in the original condition received and in the original packaging within 21 days of purchase. Full Price Items: All full priced items can be exchanged. Full priced items can also be refunded minus a restocking fee. Sale Items: All sale items are exchange only. The only exceptions are items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”. Final Sale or Clearance will not be refunded or exchanged and their sale is final.

Returns

In order to request a return, you must contact us by email at info_gwynethshoes.com to obtain return authorization. Once you have obtained a return authorization, you can return the merchandise at your expense using the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and can insure the shipment of the value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot return your purchase in the event of such damage or loss. You MUST have a return authorization to send your items back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and return shipping to you will be at your expense. Upon receipt, provided that the merchandise is unworn, unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging within 21 days of purchase, we will issue a refund for the amount of the price of the item less a restocking fee. Restocking fees are calculated as 10% of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. All purchases returned after 21 days will not be accepted and returned shipping to the customer will be at the customers expense.

Exchanges

You may exchange authorized merchandise within 21 days of purchase by following our return policy for the product you want to exchange. Upon receipt, provided that the item is unworn, unused, in the original condition received and in the original packaging, we will exchange the item. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise and cannot exchange your purchase in the event of such damage or loss. All purchases returned after 21 days will not be accepted and returned shipping to the customer will be at the customers expense. All exchanges can only be shipped to the shipping address indicated on the original invoice.

Damages and Defectives

We want to be sure that you are happy with your purchase so we examine every item prior to shipping to make sure your item is in excellent condition. If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us. We will issue a pre-paid return authoriorization and file a claim with the carrier. Please return the item and packaging material as the carrier may want to inspect the damage package. You must also return the item in its original packaging. Upon receipt, we will immediately send out a replacement item to you.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued by check. Please arrive 7-10 days from the time we process your return for the check to arrive.

Shipping and delivery expectations

When you expect to receive your order will include several factors, including the destination of your order and the carrier and shipping service you select. We usually ship your order within three “business” days of the date you placed your order on the site. Where and if priority shipping is selected, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. Your order will also be subjected to the 2-3 day requirement for priority mail shipping. Priority mail orders should therefore arrive within 5 business days. We will strive to make sure you receive your package within necessary alloted time frame. Orders with higher priority shipping services selected will be processed before orders of lower priority shipping options. Peak volume periods such as during certain promotions may have an impact on the time between order placement and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation when you complete the order process on-line. RISK OF LOSS: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased via the Gwynethshoes.com site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the item of the carrier.

International Orders

Additional postage prior to shipping your package. Once packages have been shipped they are sole responsibility of the buyer and be tracked using the carrier’s package identifying numbers, which we will email at the time of shipping.

Taxes, Duties, and Tariffs

We collect sales tax on all orders with shipping destinations within New York, in the United States. We do not collect taxes, duties, or tariffs for orders to any other destination within or outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver of the order to pay any taxes, duties, or tariffs to the appropriate government or other authority.

Out of Stock Items

We make every attempt to keep the inventory accurate in our system so that you can have the inconvenience of ordering merchandise we do naot actually have. In the event that your order is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or phone. We will offer you the option of selecting another item or if we expect to receive more of the item, you will be issued an approximate shipping date and the item will be shipped as soon as we receive it in stock.
